Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the batbdt Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and must update your Account details promptly whenever that information changes. batbdt is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you, including delayed or failed withdrawal payments caused by incorrect payment account details.
batbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. batbdt may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended until verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. batbdt will never contact you to request your password. Any activity that occurs through your Account while authenticated is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full financial responsibility for all Bets placed during such sessions.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify batbdt immediately at [email protected]. batbdt will investigate the matter but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds lost prior to the report being received.
batbdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at participating Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability is subject to change and the current list is always displayed within your Account cashier.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. batbdt does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. batbdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an account not belonging to the registered Player will be returned (less any applicable fees charged by the payment provider) and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the payment method's availability. batbdt targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
batbdt reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed against any Account that has an open dispute, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or a pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review.

A Bet is binding once confirmed by the batbdt system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after this point except where batbdt offers a specific cash-out facility for the relevant market. Sporting event results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this includes the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for IPL markets, and the relevant BPL franchise authority for BPL markets. In the event of an unresolved dispute regarding the outcome of an event, batbdt may suspend settlement pending official confirmation and reserves the right to void affected Bets if no official result is declared within 72 hours of the scheduled event end time.
